• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment options. Payment must be made at the end of the journey unless prior arrangements have been made for account customers.

3. Conduct and Responsibilities

• Passenger Conduct: Passengers must conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner during the journey. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the driver may result in the termination of the journey and refusal of future service.
• Safety Requirements: Passengers must adhere to all safety regulations and instructions provided by the driver during the journey. Failure to comply with safety requirements may result in refusal of service.
• Luggage and Belongings: Passengers are responsible for their luggage and belongings during the journey. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: Passengers may cancel a booking subject to our cancellation policy, which may include cancellation fees for late cancellations.
• Refunds: Refunds for cancelled bookings or disputed fares will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

5. Liability and Indemnification

• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising out of or in connection with the use of our minicab service, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Indemnification: Passengers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with their use of our minicab service.
